An Italian holiday – Bartisan founders Brother & Sister team Tom and Emma jetted off to Rome & Umbria for a foodie spectacular family holiday.

The real food highlight was saved for the last night in Rome, Roma Sparita situated in the beautiful Piazza Di Santa Cecilia. it became apparent quite quickly how popular a destination it is as it filled up around us.

The food was classic Roman style, their signature noodles with cheese were delicious as was the seafood Gnocchi.

The beautiful grounds with every fresh herb you could ever need along with some of the delicious end products.

Tom enjoyed the restaurants in Rome but of course couldn’t wait to get into the villa kitchen.
